Types of Data Processed

a) Data provided directly by the user: Through the 'Fit Check' form and contact points, we collect: Name, Surname, Company, Role, Email, Phone, and business project information (Sector, KPIs, Objectives).

b) Technical and usage data: IP address, user agent, date/time, and visited pages for security and functional purposes.

c) Cookies: Identifiers collected via cookies/pixels (Analytics and Marketing) based on your express consent.

Purposes and Legal Basis

• Management of requests: To respond to inquiries (Legal basis: Pre-contractual measures - Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Report Generation: Processing questionnaire data to provide diagnostic scores (Legal basis: Pre-contractual measures - Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Strategic Call Booking: Managing agenda and invitations (Legal basis: Pre-contractual measures).
• Legal Obligations: Compliance with laws and authorities (Legal basis: Legal obligation - Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
• Security: Prevention of fraud and abuse (Legal basis: Legitimate interest - Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Data Security

Processing is carried out with digital tools following principles of lawfulness, transparency, and minimization. BTB4 adopts technical and organizational measures (access control, backups, anti-abuse logging) to prevent unauthorized access or loss.

Data Retention

• Contact requests: 12 months.
• Questionnaire & Reports: 24 months.
• Strategic Calls: 24 months.
• Marketing/Newsletter: Until consent is withdrawn.
• Technical Logs: 90 days.

Recipients and Transfers

Data may be processed by authorized BTB4 personnel and third-party providers acting as Data Processors (e.g., IONOS for hosting, Tally for data collection, Google, HubSpot, Mailjet). Any data transfer outside the EU/EEA is covered by Adequacy Decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC).
